Pegasus Bay Winery

On the way to Christchurch we stopped at Pegasus Bay Winery. It was a little off of the beaten path. We’ve discovered that the wineries that are on the main highway pretty much suck. I think it’s because they deal in a volume tourist business. We stopped at one called the Mud House Winery. Even I could tell that their wines were bad. We tasted at the Pegasus Bay and then had lunch. We ended up buying three bottles. One was a red, and the other two were red, and red.
